Although substantial portions of Enoch exist in Greek, and fragments in Aramaic have been found among the Dead Sea Scrolls, it is only in the Ethiopic language Ge‘ez that the entire version of this visionary work has survived. In fact more than 30 Ethiopic manuscripts of Enoch exist.
