Bruce Kuklick

Bruce Kuklick is the Nichols Professor of American History Emeritus at the University of Pennsylvania. His Puritans in Babylon (Princeton University Press, 1996), tells the story of America’s first archaeological expeditions in the Near East, including the 1888–1900 Nippur expedition. His most recent work is Blind Oracles; Intellectuals and War from Kennan to Kissinger (Princeton University Press, 2006).
