Cynthia M. Baker

Cynthia Baker is an Associate Professor of Religion at Bates College in Maine. Prior to her time at Bates, she taught at Duke, Cornell, Swarthmore and Santa Clara University. Her research interests are in the area of gender, ethnicity and nationalism in the formation of Judaism and Christianity.
