Frederic L. Pryor

Frederic L. Pryor, a Professor Emeritus of Economics and Senior Research Scholar at Swarthmore College, specializes in the comparative study of economic systems. He has published articles on the invention of agriculture and is the author of The Origins of the Economy (Academic Press, 1977) and Economic Evolution and Structure: The Impact of Complexity on the U.S. Economic System ( Cambridge University Press, 1996).
