Graham Binns

Graham Binns (d. 2003) was an arts and broadcasting administrator.  He was chairman of the British Committee for the Restitution of the Parthenon Marbles from 1997-2002.  He authored (with Christopher Hitchens and Robert Browning) The Elgin Marbles: should they be returned to Greece? (Chatto & Windus Ltd, 1987).
