Itamar Singer

Itamar Singer (d. 2012) was a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Archaeology and Near East Cultures at Tel Aviv University. He is the author of The General’s Letter from Ugarit (Tel Aviv University, 1990) with S. Izre’el, and The Calm before the Storm: Selected Writings of Itamar Singer on the End of the Late Bronze Age in Anatolia and the Levant (Society of Biblical Literature, 2010).
