Joe D. Seger

Joe D. Seger is a Professor of Middle Eastern Cultures and Middle Eastern Archaeology, as well as the Director of the Cobb Institute of Archaeology at Mississippi State University. He received his Ph.D. in 1965 from Harvard University. He has directed excavations at Shechem, Tel Gezer and Tel Halif and is author of over 15 books on Biblical and archaeological research.
