Raymond Stock

Raymond Stock is the Shillman/Ginsburg Writing fellow at the Middle East Forum and a former Assistant Professor at Drews University. Stock is an expert on Middle Eastern cultural and political affairs; his translations of Arabic fiction have appeared in outlets throughout the world including The Middle East Quarterly and The Financial Times. He has translated seven books by Naguid Mahfouz the Egyptian Nobel laureate in Literature.
