Torleif Elgvin

Torleif Elgvin is a Professor in Jewish and Biblical Studies at NLA University College, Oslo, Norway.  A member of the publishing team for the Dead Sea Scrolls, he is a former director of the Caspari Center for Biblical and Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. Elgvin wrote his Ph.D. dissertation on the most significant book of wisdom found at Qumran, 4QInstruction.
