Zahi Hawass

Zahi Hawass is the former Egyptian Minister of Antiquities and directed many excavations in Egypt including at the Giza Pyramids and the Valley of the Kings. He is the author of numerous popular books, including Secrets from the Sand: My Search for Egypt’s Past (Abrams, 2003).
