Mustafa Şahin (“Nicea’s Underwater Basilica,”) is a Professor and Head of the Archaeology Department at Uludağ University. He leads the underwater excavations at Nicea.
Mark R. Fairchild (“Nicea’s Underwater Basilica,”) is a Professor and Chair of the Bible and Religion Department at Huntington University in Indiana, as well as the Program Director for the Ephesus Meeting, an academic conference at the ancient site of Ephesus in Turkey.
Kristine Henriksen Garroway (“Children in the Ancient Near East,”) is Visiting Assistant Professor of Hebrew Bible at Hebrew Union College, Los Angeles. Her areas of research include the Hebrew Bible, ancient Near Eastern history, archaeology, and children in the ancient Near East.
Eyal Regev (“The Hasmonean Kings: Jewish or Hellenistic?”) is a Professor in the Department of Land of Israel Studies and Archaeology at Bar-Ilan University. His research focuses on the Second Temple period history and archaeology, including the Hasmoneans.
