“Uqnitum, the wife of Tupkish” (elsewhere identified as the “endan (king) of Urkesh”) is inscribed on this seal impression (see the drawing of the bulla depicting Urkesh’s royal family). This bulla shows an intimate scene in the life of Urkesh’s royal family, with the king and queen seated on a level with one another, the princess perched on Uqnitum’s lap, and the young prince reaching for his father’s knee.
