A Midianite bichrome juglet found in the temple excavation. The ostrich combined with geometric patterns is identical to decorative motifs appearing on the same type of ware in the Midianite area of north-western Arabia. Rothenberg concludes that the bichrome ware was made and brought to Timna by Midianites.
