Walking through Hezekiah’s tunnel, which runs under the city, the students learn how the topography of Jerusalem and the location of its water supply enabled King Hezekiah, when threatened by an Assyrian siege, to “[make] the pool and the aqueduct and [to bring] water into the city” (2 Kings 20:20).
