Winged Victory, a palm leaf in her left hand, crowns a naked youth in a fresco on the ceiling of the Vigna Randanini catacomb. The figures appear upside-down because of the angle from which the photograph was taken. Visible in the lower left is a peacock, feathers spread, sitting on a column. To the right two birds stand on either side of a pedestal which has a basket of flowers and fruit on top.
