A house-shaped pottery stand, also from Beth-Shean, measures 19.5 inches high. A snake slithers between two windows in the first story, and a nude human figure holding a bird in each hand stands in the doorway of the second story. The round top once held three ornamental birds, now broken off, which probably cradled a bowl containing offerings or incense.
