The Western Wall Tunnel. Excavators from Israel’s Ministry of Religious affairs exposed 900 feet of the western wall along this 6-foot-wide, 8-foot-high tunnel. The blocks display the hallmarks of Herodian workmanship: carefully smoothed margins and bosses.
