The photographs, taken in 2000 by University of Athens professor Nikolaos Olympiou, show the three-page letter from Clement (the red lines highlight passages from Secret Mark not found in the canonical version). Many scholars now believe Secret Mark is an authentic early Christian text, one of many that were not accepted into the canon.
