Udd Brothers

A deep-seated Christian faith led William Foxwell Albright (1891–1971) to explain the past through scientific exploration. Since Biblical chronology put the patriarchs in the Middle Bronze Age, Albright and his colleagues believed that if they uncovered enough parallels between the ancient Near Eastern Bronze Age and Genesis, then the historicity of the patriarchs could be assured.
