An early Jewish display tomb known as Jason’s Tomb is named from a graffito written in Greek on a wall inside the porch. The monument was topped with a pyramid, reconstructed here based on surviving fragments. The tomb now sits in the posh Rechavia neighborhood of Jerusalem but was outside city limits when it was built.
