Jewish Quarter Excavations/Hillel Geva and Avital Zitronblat

Uncovered during excavations by Nahman Avigad in Jerusalem’s Jewish Quarter during the 1970s, this 22-foot tower helped defend the city against Babylonian invasion in 586 B.C.
