The meeting point of the two teams of tunnelers can be seen here. The path of the tunnel zigzags on both sides as the diggers repeatedly corrected course to find each other. On either side of the meeting point, the pickax marks on the wall point in opposite directions. A ledge is also visible at the ceiling, because the team from the south was digging to a lower height than the other team.
