Remains of King David’s palace (the LSS) in the City of David look out across the Kidron Valley to the village of Silwan. The LSS, which was unearthed in 2005, sits atop the Stepped Stone Structure (SSS). Wall W20 (boxed) is the major wall in what may be King David’s palace.
