EAGLE EYES. In September 2008, coauthor Joseph Baruch Silver noticed in a wall of stones three massive stones that stopped at a vertical edge and shouted, “Another city gate!” The massive stones suggested that there was an opening in the wall that had subsequently been blocked with smaller stones.
