IMITATION INNER ROOM. The innermost room of Tel Achzib’s Iron II shrine includes a paved platform and a standing stone in its far corner. Two incense altars flank the room’s entrance. A chalice, ceramic pomegranate, pillar figurine, and golden bull stand on the platform, and a 10-inch doll rests on the surface between the two altars.
