LET MY PEOPLE GO! The best preserved among the fragments of the Song of Liberation from Hattusa, this tablet (KBo XXXII 19 obverse) contains the scene in which the Hurrian storm god Teshub issues an edict to Megi, king of Ebla, promising prosperity to Ebla if its citizens release the captive people from the neighboring city of Igingallish, and annihilation of the city if they do not.
