HALIF HOUSE. The A8 House at Tell Halif likely had two stories and a flat roof. The first floor is divided into three living spaces, consisting of two long rooms (Rooms 1 and 2), separated by pillars, and a broad room at the back of the house. Archaeologists discovered an installation for grinding flour in Room 1 and the remnants of an oven in Room 2.
