TEMPLE TREASURE MAP? Like a sort of treasure map, the Copper Scroll lists dozens of locations in the vicinity of Jericho where vast treasures have been stashed. Archaeologists discovered the scroll in 1952 in a cave near the Dead Sea. They found it broken into two rolls—sitting one on top of the other—in a niche.
