THE JEWISH SYMBOLS on this tombstone from the Catacomb of Monteverde, Rome, include the menorah, lulav, etrog, and an amphora. The Greek inscription reads, “Here rest Primitiva and her grandson Euphrenōn. May they sleep in peace.”
