SUPERANNUATED SCROLL. Found among the Dead Sea Scrolls in a cave near the site of Qumran overlooking the Dead Sea, this fragment of the Book of Leviticus (11Q paleoLeviticus) is written with the Old Hebrew script on lined parchment. It dates to between the first century B.C.E. and first century C.E. At least 17 other Dead Sea Scrolls were written in Old Hebrew.
