GLORIOUS ARTIFACTS. Archaeologists uncovered numerous artifacts that evidence worship at the Church of the Glorious Martyr, including a marble chancel screen, marble pillar base, and bronze lamp. The open lattice chancel screen that separated the bema from the nave was found in fragments, but has been restored.
