Sermon on the Mount by Franz Guillery. In a famous passage from the sermon, Jesus tells his followers: “If anyone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also” (Matthew 5:39b). According to the Jesus Seminar, this is an authentic saying of Jesus; it will be printed in red in the forthcoming edition of the Gospels.
