Yayin Mazug (diluted wine)

1/3 part sweet red wine
2/3 part water
cinnamon

1. Heat wine in a cooking pot with water. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Ashisha (ground lentil pancakes)

roasted lentils
eggs (these were not mentioned in the original recipe)
honey
olive oil

1. Grind lentils, preferably in a coffee grinder, until very fine. Place in a bowl.

2. Add eggs and honey and mix into a dough. Heat oil in a frying pan. Spoon pancakes into the pan and fry in hot oil.
