Joseph Zias

Joseph Zias knows his bones. The former Curator of Archaeology and Anthropology at the Israel Antiquities Authority has lectured at medical schools across the U.S. His articles on ancient skeletal remains have appeared in periodicals ranging from The Lancet, the journal of the British Medical Association, to Biblical Archaeologist.
