Ron E. Tappy
Ron E. Tappy is the G. Albert Shoemaker Professor of Bible and Archaeology and the Director of the Kelso Museum of Near Eastern Archaeology at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Tappy has been excavating in the Levant for over 30 years and is currently the Project Director of the Zeitah Excavations at Tel Zayit, Israel. His interests center on the interrelated nature of cultural, political and economic history of Iron Age Israel and their neighbors.
