Siegfried H. Horn

Siegfried H. Horn (d. 1993) was the Dean and Professor at Andrews University in Michigan. When World War II broke out, Horn was working as a missionary in the Netherlands East Indies and from 1940-1946 he was interned in Sumatra and India. Horn made 20 archaeological expeditions to the Near East, including stints as excavation director at Tell Heshban in Jordan and as staff member at Tell Balatah (Biblical Shechem).
