William H. Stiebing Jr.
William H. Stiebing, Jr. is a Professor Emeritus of History at the University of New Orleans. He is author of Uncovering the Past: A History of Archaeology (Prometheus Books, 1993) and Ancient Near Eastern History and Culture (Pearson, 2nd edition, 2008).
