Zvi Greenhut

Zvi Greenhut is the Director of the Artifacts Treatment Department of the Israel Antiquities Authority and was formerly the IAA’s regional archaeologist for Jerusalem. Most famously, in 1990 he excavated the family tomb of the high priest Caiaphas in Jerusalem.   He received his master’s degree from the Institute of Archaeology at Tel Aviv University.
