Eilat Mazar

Eilat Mazar(d.2021) of the Hebrew University’s Institute of Archaeology was Director of the Ophel excavations from 2009–2021 and Director of the City of David excavations from 2005–2008. She also assisted in publishing the final report of the excavations south of the Temple Mount led by her late grandfather Benjamin Mazar.
